We are located at Crossways Kennels, Crossways Farm, Betchworth RH3 7DF, just off the A25 between Reigate and Dorking.
When arriving, please drive up to the black gates and call through to reception.
Between the hours of 12 – 2, reception may be closed. Please call Charlotte on 07703 454022.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to be checked in.
Parking is available next to reception, once through the gates.
Additional parking is available outside the front when reception is closed.
We are open Monday – Saturday, 8:00 to 17:00.

While we may be available for some walk-ins, booking in advance is strongly encouraged.
Walk-ins for baths and nails are generally accepted. Please call in advance to check availability.
We require at least 48 hours notice to amend or cancel a booking, otherwise the full deposit will be charged. Please read our terms and conditions for further information on our policies.
We will do our best to accommodate re-bookings where possible.
